Stone 1: A 8 mm Round overseas commercial cut stone. Reported to be a Diamond, in fact it is a Gadolinium Gallium Garnet (GGG). Diamond Substitute. I think you can see why I was asked to replace it ( You get what you Pay for ). This is the worst stone I have ever seen sold from a Jeweller in Australia. (NOT happy Jan) was the comment from my customer.

Facet Points do not meet, just about anywhere on the stone. marked by Red arrows, plus many chips from around the edge.
Stone 2 -Photo 1 & 2 Rounded facets, facet point do not meet, Rounded edges on the girdle, Poor polish.
